The person behind it

Meet the author

jump-for-animals.xyz is built and maintained by one person — Raymond. I have been playing Roblox since the front page was a wall of obbies, and I still log in most evenings.

This site started with a question I could not answer anywhere: which animal egg is actually worth the run, and what does a Gold mutation do to Pen income? The launch-week guides disagreed with each other, so I pulled the dated numbers together, wrote a calculator, and put it online.

  • I play games. Mostly Roblox simulators and tycoons. When the Celestial Heights update landed, I was in-game testing egg-run routes the same evening instead of reading second-hand summaries.
  • I write code. The pet income calculator, the mutation stack preview and the trail price ladder on this site are all hand-written. When two sources disagree, I go read the newest dated material rather than split the difference.
  • I share what I find. Every page carries a last-verified date and a working contact address, because a wiki nobody is allowed to argue with is a wiki nobody should trust.

I have no connection to AnimalByte — no insider access, no early patch notes. I am a player who got tired of guessing, and who happens to know how to build a website.

Method

Data sources and methodology

Material claims are compared with the sources linked on each page. Where sources disagree — for example, pet income shown in older community thumbnails — we use the newest dated figure and note the uncertainty where it affects a decision.

Primary sources:

  • Roblox public APIs — visits, favorites, votes, online counts and update timestamps
  • Pro Game Guides — the Jump for Animals! trails, events and mutation guides (September 2026)
  • Community YouTube showcases — in-game thumbnails and Pen income from Volch, Superlex Plays and More BasicBlox, cross-checked against each other

Unconfirmed values are labeled as estimates or omitted. Unpublished prices and drop chances appear as “—” rather than being presented as facts.

Common questions

FAQ

Is jump-for-animals.xyz the official Jump for Animals! wiki?

No. jump-for-animals.xyz is a community fan wiki. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the AnimalByte development team. Material figures are dated and linked to a source trail, while the in-game display and developer announcements remain authoritative for game decisions.

How often is the data on jump-for-animals.xyz verified?

The codes status is re-checked after every game update and at least weekly. Animal income values, trail multipliers and event rules are revisited when patch sources or community showcases publish relevant changes. The "last verified" date on each page records when its inputs were checked.

Where does jump-for-animals.xyz get its Jump for Animals! data?

Primary sources include Roblox public APIs, the Roblox experience listing, the Pro Game Guides Jump for Animals! guides and community YouTube showcases that display in-game thumbnails and Pen income. Material claims are compared with those sources; unconfirmed values are labeled as estimates or omitted.

What happens when Jump for Animals! sources disagree?

We publish the value with the higher editorial standard and note the variance in the page footer. Pet income shown in community thumbnails can lag a patch by a few days — when a newer dated source exists, the newer figure wins and the older one is noted.
